How it works
From a missed call to a booked job, by text
Forward the calls you can't take
Keep your number. When you don't pick up, the call goes to Ringhero instead of voicemail.
It answers like your front desk
It knows your services, hours and prices, asks what you would ask, and gets you right away when it's an emergency.
You reply with one word
The name, number and job land in a text within a minute. Reply Y, N or a time, and the caller is told.
Any business that runs on a phone
Knows a booking from a burst pipe
You tell it what to ask, when to get you right away, and what it must never promise. It follows that on every call.
Emergency
Safety line first, then a human
- Caller: Hi, I think I smell gas by the furnace in the basement.
- Agent: Please leave the building now and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. I'm alerting the on-call technician right now.
Urgent SMS to on-call in seconds
Booking
Takes the request, you confirm
- Caller: Hi, do you have anything Saturday for a full set?
- Agent: Saturday is usually open. What time suits you, and what's your name and number? You'll get a text as soon as it's confirmed.
Request texted to you to confirm
Rude caller
Stays calm, keeps its boundaries
- Caller: This is ridiculous. Put a real person on. Now.
- Agent: I understand. I can transfer you to the office during business hours, or take a message so a person calls you back within the hour. Which do you prefer?
Two warnings, then a polite end
Honest with callers. Careful with their data.
Says it's an AI, every call
The greeting discloses the assistant. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
Callers are told the call is transcribed
Every greeting says so, right after it says it's an AI. Transcripts are deleted after 90 days; the summary stays.
Private by default
Caller details are treated as personal information and kept out of logs. Built in Prince Edward Island with PIPEDA in mind. Voice is processed by providers in the United States, and we publish the full list.
Inbound only. Always.
It answers calls. It does not make them. No robocalls, no cold outreach, no exceptions.
Questions owners actually ask
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to us when you're busy, after hours, or always. We give you the exact forwarding steps for Bell, Rogers, Telus, Eastlink, and most VoIP providers.
What happens in a real emergency?
The agent gives the scripted safety line first (for example, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility), then texts your on-call number and can transfer the call live. Emergency scenarios are tested on every playbook change.
Will it quote prices?
Only the ranges you put in your profile. If it doesn't know, it says the team will confirm and captures the lead. It never invents a number.
What if a caller is abusive?
It stays calm, offers a transfer or a callback, warns twice, and then ends the call politely. It never ends a call during an emergency.
Can it book appointments?
Today it captures the preferred window and your team confirms. Calendar booking (Google Calendar first, then Jobber and Housecall Pro) is on the roadmap.
Is there a done-for-you option?
Yes. Solve Trend builds, tunes, and monitors the receptionist for you on a monthly retainer. Same engine, with a human reviewing your calls.
